南韓MERS疫情嚴重，今早(6月9日)香港政府已經正式對南韓發出紅色旅遊警示，旅行業者也一致達成共識，到6月底為止，取消所有韓國旅行團。香港當局建議市民，若非必要，避免到南韓旅遊，已經在南韓的民眾，則盡量避免出入當地的醫療機構。

南韓MERS疫情尚未受到有效控制，香港政務司司長林鄭月娥9日宣佈，港府保安局對南韓發出紅色旅遊警示，建議市民，沒有必要，避免前往南韓。

政務司司長林鄭月娥：「除非必要香港市民暫時不要，前往南韓旅遊或洽公。」

鑑於保安局發出的旅遊警示，香港旅遊業議會與大部分經營韓國旅行團的旅行社開會後，會上達成共識，自即日起至6月底，取消所有前往南韓的旅行團，但是郵輪團除外。受影響的旅客，可以依照規定辦理退費，或是保留團費。

香港旅遊業議會總幹事董耀中：「我們估計取消6到7百個旅行團，受影響的旅客大約1萬2千人。」

研究分析師胡先生：「的確不敢去韓國旅遊，我可以隨時去韓國玩，但不用是在這個時候。」

香港保安局的旅遊警示，一共分為三級，從最輕到最嚴重，分別為黃色、紅色和黑色。南韓目前歸類在紅色旅遊警示，屬於具有明顯威脅的地區。（民視新聞蒲依婕綜合報導）
